We provide accommodation, rep support, help you find a job, and provide assistance with everything there is required to work a season abroad. We are there for you 24/7 before and in resort to help with anything you need. We also introduce you to other people in the exact same situation as you.

If you’re outgoing and enjoy a good party, you’ll definitely suit being in Magaluf. Magaluf is definitely a resort that suits people of all ages. Magaluf is a great middle ground for Spain, you’re not at the high end expensive Marbella and Ibiza but the wages are still on them levels. Travelling alone is quite common place, thats one thing we’re very big one. When you’re booked up with us we provide you with full assistance and a thing we are big on is matching you up with people we think you’ll get along with! You’ll have exclusive access to our private chats and groups to meet other people just like you.

There’s always plenty of jobs going in Magaluf, most of it is based around the nightlife such as bar work and promotion jobs however theres also great selling jobs available too. Selling shots and tickets is a great way to earn big money. You’ll meet plenty of people and make loads of friends too.

We have dates running all through the season, and rest assured there is no right time to go. You can go at any point but we normally recommend earlier in the season, because then you get to spend longer abroad if you wanted to!

If you’re from a country within the EU, you won’t need a visa to work in Magaluf. If you’re from a country outside of the EU, you might need a visa. It’s easy to check and apply online if you do. We can provide assistance with all of this also as part of our package.

Wages in Malia average between €50-€100 per shift which is pretty good considering with our discount wristband that we give you, you’ll only be paying around €3 a drink! Of course you can also get free drinks whilst you’re working. Theres always opportunities to earn more money in tips, commission, and bonuses for hard work!

Generally speaking you’ll work between 4 – 6 hours on a normal day. Some jobs have longer hours, and some jobs such as ticket selling you have the freedom to work the hours you want. But remember the more you work, the more you earn. Generally work is every day but you still have plenty of time during the day to do the things you want to do.

This is where we come in. Our team of reps work with the majority of bars, clubs, restaurants and venues in resort and have a list of jobs they need to fill. They will help you to find the job thats perfect for you, they’re very experienced in matching people up to jobs. They’ll give you advice and even help with training if required to make sure you’re all prepared, You just have to give it your all and you’ll be working in no time.

Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to want to start working straight away when you arrive, thats why we plan out the famous Welcome Week for you. We will meet you at the hotel and get you all checked in and do the legal paperwork (with a cocktail). Then it’s all fun from there, the first day we will be chilling around the pool bar and doing some games to break the ice with each other. After that we take on the first night bar crawl down the strip. Your first week you can expect to be absolutely action packed with everything Magaluf has to offer so don’t expect to have much free time, between bar crawls, events, pool parties, boat parties, and sightseeing trips. You’ll get a great idea of how the resort works. After this we will have got to know you plenty and will start the recruitment process with getting you set up with work.

With us you’re not forced to leave the accommodation after 28 days, stay as long as you like! You just make the reps aware that you’re wanting to stay longer and they’ll get it all sorted for you.
